iPsolutions Inc. (“iPsolutions,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. Visiting this website
This website has no contact form, account system, newsletter sign-up, analytics, advertising, or cookies. It does not load fonts, scripts, images, or other resources from third-party domains, and it does not accept inquiries.
What we collect: Our web server automatically records standard request logs. These logs contain your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you requested, and the date and time of each request. Because an IP address can, in some circumstances, be linked to an identifiable person, we treat these logs as personal information.
Purpose: To operate this website, keep it secure, and detect, investigate, and prevent misuse or attacks.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website (Section 12(f) of the DPA; Section 21(g) of the IRR). We have assessed that this interest does not override your rights and freedoms, because the logs are limited, are not used to identify or profile visitors, and are kept only for a short period.
How it is collected and used: The logs are collected automatically by the web server. They are reviewed only by authorized Technical Department personnel when needed for operations or security.
Who receives it: This website is hosted by a third-party cloud infrastructure provider, which stores the logs on our behalf outside the Philippines under contractual obligations to protect them. We do not otherwise share the logs, except with government authorities when the law requires it.
Retention: Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Specific entries needed to investigate a security incident are kept until the investigation is closed and then securely deleted.
Contacting us by phone or email
You can reach us by phone or by email at sales@ip-solutionsinc.net.
Phone calls
We do not record phone calls or keep written records of them. If your call leads to an engagement, the information you later provide is handled as described under “Email” below.
What we collect: The information you include in your email, such as your name, employer, job title, contact details, and the content of your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or health information, in an inquiry.
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to prepare proposals and administer our business relationship with you or your organization.
Legal basis: Steps you request before entering into a contract with us (Section 12(b) of the DPA; Section 21(b) of the IRR), and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Section 12(f) of the DPA; Section 21(g) of the IRR).
How it is collected and used: We receive your information directly from you. Authorized personnel use it only to handle your inquiry. If your inquiry leads to an engagement, the relevant details are entered into our internal customer relationship management system.
Who receives it: We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. Our email and email-security service providers process messages on our behalf and may store them outside the Philippines. We may disclose information to government authorities when the law requires it.
Retention: If your inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we securely delete it two (2) years after our last communication with you. If it leads to an engagement, the retention periods stated in our engagement terms apply.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for direct marketing.
Client data
When we deliver services to a client, any personal information we handle is processed on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions, in accordance with our contract with that client. For that processing, we act as a personal information processor, and the client is the personal information controller. This notice does not cover that information. If your personal information is held in a client’s system that we support, please direct your request to that organization. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to the client.
How we protect your information
We apply organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure, and access. These measures include access limited to authorized personnel who are bound by confidentiality obligations, multi-factor authentication on company systems, and encrypted connections to this website. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that requires notification, we will notify the NPC and affected individuals as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPA, subject to the conditions and limitations provided by law, you have the right to:
- Be informed whether, and how, your personal information is being processed.
- Object to the processing of your personal information.
- Access your personal information, including how it was processed and to whom it was disclosed.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request erasure or blocking of your personal information where it is incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, no longer necessary, or processed unlawfully.
- Data portability, meaning you may obtain a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used electronic format where the law allows.
- Damages for injury caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal information, or by its unauthorized use.
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Your lawful heirs and assigns may exercise these rights after your death or if you become incapacitated or unable to exercise them yourself.
To exercise your rights, contact our DPO at dpo@ip-solutionsinc.net. We will verify your identity before acting on a request so that we do not disclose your information to someone else. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern directly.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice before any change in how we process personal information takes effect, including if this website later adds analytics, a form, cookies, or any other means of collecting information. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the notice last changed.
Send questions about this notice or our data privacy practices to our DPO at dpo@ip-solutionsinc.net. See also our Terms of Use.
